Questions we hear
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Most chairs are booked. Walk-ins are taken Tuesday to Friday when a chair is open, and Saturdays are booked only.
How does the line work?
Sign the board by the door. Walk-ins are taken in the order they sign, booked clients are seen at their time, and the board shows who is next.
How long does a beard visit take?
An edge-up takes about 15 minutes, a maintenance trim 20 and a full shaping 30. A hot towel shave takes about 45.
Can you work with a short or patchy beard?
Yes. We shape what you have and tell you honestly what the next few weeks will do.
How often should I come back?
Most beards hold their shape with a maintenance trim every two to three weeks.
Can I book a specific barber?
Yes. Choose a barber by name when you book.
What should I bring?
A photo of a beard you like. For a shave, arrive with a day or more of growth.
What if I am late or need to cancel?
Tell us at least 12 hours ahead to cancel or move your time. We hold your chair for 10 minutes after your time.
Do you take kids?
Yes, for a cut or a beard trim with a parent in the shop. Straight-razor shaves are for ages 16 and up.
How does tipping work?
Tips go to the barber who worked on you, in cash or on the card machine.
